Pine is famous for its glorious citrusy scent, and is known as a mood lifter, combatting the seasonal blues that many experience during this dark time in the northern hemisphere. It is also known to soothe headaches and relieve skin irritations.
White willow bark adds a woodsy scent and is known to relieve pain in the body and on the skin.
Cedarwood oil has been used in aromatherapy practices for centuries, relaxing the body, improving mental focus, and cleansing your skin. *NEW* This blend now includes responsibly foraged Cedar leaves and Juniper Berries, another sacred evergreen. Juniper helps stimulate the senses and invigorate the mind, delivering a boost of clarity and energy. Cedar detoxifies, can improve circulation, and is traditionally kown by many cultures as a potent energy cleanser.
*Because willow bark contains salicin, people who are allergic or sensitive to salicylates (such as aspirin) should not use willow bark.

Instructions:
Can be used in foot bath or tub. Use about 2 cups of bath salt per average sized bathtub. Be sure the water temperature is a safe temperature for adult bathing (not over 101.5 degrees).
